  16.      _s_u_n_2_s_t_i_f_f converts Sun Rasterfile image files into Stream TIFF (STIFF)
  17.      format.

  19.      By default, _s_u_n_2_s_t_i_f_f reads its input image from the standard input,
  20.      writes its output to the standard output and sends messages to standard
  21.      error. If one or more image files are specified on the command line,
  22.      _s_u_n_2_s_t_i_f_f reads input from these files rather than the standard input.

  25.                Specifies the name of the file to which the STIFF output will
  26.                be sent.  If the ----OOOO option is not specified, output will be
  27.                sent to the standard output.

  30.                Specifies the name of the file to which error, warning and
  31.                informational messages are to be written. If the file specified
  32.                already exists, any messages generated by _s_u_n_2_s_t_i_f_f will be

  34.                specified, message output will be sent to standard error.

  36.      ----ssss        Normally, 24 and 32-bit deep Sun images order the data as BGR.
  37.                When the image type code is RRRRTTTT____FFFFOOOORRRRMMMMAAAATTTT____RRRRGGGGBBBB, the data is ordered
  38.                RGB. However, Sun images have been encountered that do not
  39.                follow these rules. In that case the ----ssss option can be used to
  40.                force the swapping of the Red and Blue image components.

  43.                usage message also lists the currently supported output
  44.                configurations.
